When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out until 11:00 a.m.
When is breakfast served?
Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
On weekends and public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot is available on request for €10 per night. An extra bed is available on request for €35 per night. Only one extra bed per room is possible.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. An additional fee of €15.00 per night applies.
Is parking available?
The hotel does not have its own parking spaces as it is located in the historic centre of Waiblingen. However, several public parking lots and garages are available within walking distance (less than 300 m). Discounted parking tickets can be purchased at the hotel.
Does the hotel offer room cleaning?
Yes, for longer stays of 4 nights or more, room cleaning is provided every 2–3 days and will be arranged upon check-in.
How and when can I pay for my stay?
Payment is made directly at the hotel. Cash, credit, and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) are accepted. Payment by invoice in advance is also possible upon request.
